Error 403 app seems to be turned off

Hi, I have a pro subscription, can’t open any music from my library, the error messages says that the app seems to be turned off in the background, please try refreshing. I’m in the app at the time, I can see everything and am logged in, and there’s no refresh button. Shutting it down and restarting doesn’t help. What can I do?
