"Unknown error; Could not complete download" when downloading large-sized musesounds
I just migrated to the new MuseHub a few weeks ago, after 2 years using the old one, but not all of my musesounds migrated completely, so I reinstall them, but large-sized musesounds can not be reinstalled properly, I tried to reinstall muse strings and muse woodwinds many times and I've used A LOT OF gigabytes of data to reinstall them, but it always fails and gives the reason: "Unknown error; Could not complete download", it usually fails at between 70-85% of downloading progress, whereas, my connection is fine (device OS: Windows 11).
So, what is the ideal connection speed to download muse strings, and is there any solution?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "migrated". It sounds like you deleted everything and started over.
Everything can be updated from within the HUB. If you check "Notifications" you can see needed updates there. That includes any Hub and instrument updates. On my system, Muse instruments (except MDL) takes up 15 GB.

If you wonder what I mean by "migrated" is: do you still know the old musehub that we used when musescore 4 was still under development until before ms. 4.4 released? (I don't have any screenshot of it to attach) but that's it, but when I watched the video about ms 4.4 update changes in musescore's official youtube channel, I wondered "why does my musehub look so different to the musehub shown in the video?" then I realized that my musehub was obsolete, so I managed to download the new musehub installer from the official web to update it manually, as soon as I double-clicked the installer, my musehub started migrating to the new one, and all musesounds were being reinstalled, but due to bad connection, only a few musesounds were succesfully reinstalled and my device crashed temporarly, but the rest of them failed, then I've reinstalled rest of them manually but there are two left, the muse strings, and muse woodwinds, which is sized over 4 GB, and untill now, I haven't reinstalled both because it always fails when being installed as i said.

The only thing I can think of now would be to delete the woodwinds and strings folders from the HUB root folder. On Windows that would be found at, C:>Users>(your user name)>Muse Hub>Instruments. Then try down loading again. Although if the folder sizes are near 4 GB, you may be able to update them from the HUB. I would go to the HUB and see what notifications there are. Which is all you had to do in the first place. I have a computer with 4.4.3 on it, the notifications list instrument and HUB updates. Which is how I've updated on other systems.

I just found this in my musesound folder whereas I haven't installed it, it may be the culprit that makes me unable to install the muse strings many times, I'm going to delete it, wishing I can install it now
I succesfully installed muse strings aftter omitting the mentioned folder! Thanks for your help!
